A few Barn Cats will be found @ Brian’s Backyard BBQ on Saturday, November 28th from about 3pm until 9  We will be helping our buddy, Little Sammy Davis celebrate his 87th birthday.  Sammy was born on November 28th, 1928 in Winona, Mississippi.  Sammy is truly a living part of blues history as well as being one of the best harmonica players/singers to ever take a stage anywhere.  After suffering a number of strokes a few years ago, Sam has been residing in a nursing home but will be attending his party at Brian’s and is looking forward to seeing and greeting as many friends and fans as possible.  Call Brian’s for reservations, an all star line-up will be present to pay honor to Sammy and celebrate this special day.

Thanks for visiting our new Blog & website.  We will be working on it and getting it refined, designed, relined & on time for all you Barn Cat fans out there.

If you subscribe here as well as “Like” us on Facebook you will always be up to date on what’s going on and where we are at.  We have not been gigging very much as we have been in the recording studio quite a bit.  Barn Cats drummer/producer, Jim Verdi is doing an amazing job with our sessions, (as well as the rest of the boys in the band), but we are going crazy wanting to get in front of an audience again soon.  Again, stay posted by subscribing here as well as “liking” us on Facebook.
